THE COMPANY

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Client Account Manager to join our ever-expanding Point of Sale team. We are a well-established and award-winning business within the industry working across a range of projects including retail design and build, POS, POP, displays, exhibitions, pop-up shops and bespoke projects.  We have passion for our client’s business as much as our own, and work with well-known FMCG brands, retailers and design agencies.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join an expanding company in a full time role based at our Leicester office.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager who comes from the retail POS industry having worked across retail design, display and POS projects with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in project managing from the POS industry. A strong team player who takes ownership of their work and excellent organisational skills, they must have a passion for working in this sector to fit within our dedicated team.

They will be responsible alongside other account managers, for the day to day running of the varied and demanding projects, taking control from start to finish, as well as working closely with the internal management team and our external clients.

Preparing costs and estimates and making sure the job stays on budget and on time will be a key part of the role.

The successful candidate must work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and it is important that they have the knowledge of different materials and manufacturing processes.

The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects within the account at any one time and be able to demonstrate experience of overseeing projects from the initial idea right through to completion. This will of course require exceptional communication skills as you will be required to liaise with a range of contacts including clients, suppliers, colleagues, logistics and installation teams.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and a commitment to making sure deadlines are achieved, whilst readily adapting to changes in workflow.

Experience with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

A full driving license is required as visits to suppliers, customers and field installation teams are a regular occurrence.
